My name is Adam Russo, and like many business owners, my journey started with the passion I had for my work. I am a therapist by training, and I was working full time when I decided to 'hang up my shingle' and privately see clients one night per week.
This endeavor grew over the next decade to a multi-disciplinary practice with about 90 providers generating eight figure revenue. My practice made the INC 5000 list of fastest growing businesses in the US twice, and I ultimately sold my group 2020. After selling my business, I went on to become the Regional VP of Operations in the group that purchased it. I was responsible for managing 100 million in revenue with over 1000 employees in my region. I understand business. Large and Small. While I have experience growing my own business, I have worked with many businesses over the years through my work as a Board member, and the Board Chairman, of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. More than anyone, I believe I understand the value of a coach for your business to bring your vision to life. |
