My name is Adam Russo, and like many business owners, my journey started with the passion I had for my work. I am a therapist by training, and I was working full time when I decided to 'hang up my shingle' and privately see clients one night per week.
This endeavor grew over the next decade to a multi-disciplinary practice with about 80 providers generating mid eight figure revenue. My practice made the INC 5000 list of fastest growing businesses in the US twice, and I ultimately sold my group 2020. After selling my business, I went on to become the Regional VP of Operations in the group that purchased it. I was responsible for managing 100 million in revenue with over 1000 employees in my region. I understand business. Large and Small. While I have experience growing my own business, I have worked with many businesses over the years through my work as a Board member, and the Board Chairman, of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (largest Chamber in IL outside of Chicago with over 1200 member businesses). Working to grow the Chamber by improving the value we would offer to members, as well as listening to our member businesses, large and small, about their needs, I learned quite a bit about the nuances of many industries. In my early stages, I quickly realized that there was much I didn't know about owning, growing and leading a business. I found a great coach. Working with him helped me form a cohesive and aligned strategy to scale in an organized way without sacrificing quality of work. More than anyone, I believe I understand the value of a coach for your business to bring your vision to life. |
